WHAT WE’RE OFFERING & PROVIDING DURING THIS MOMENT OF FOCUS ON VISUAL ART PROJECTS.

While we’re in business to develop products and services that help others within our relative industries to succeed, we’re also developing our own internal projects that cater to the long-term goals business performance. Within The Arts Quarter we’re focusing on developing activities in Sketch Art, Canvas Painting all the way to Digital Art creation. While our attention is there, we’re multitasking by continuing to Coach and Consult while still implementing those established series in Design and Photography. With the truest concept of Art being a thing that just can’t be ordered and rung up, we’re engaged in building relationships. Whether thru Coaching and Consulting we want to network with other likeminded creatives; Artists who are active within Entrepreneurship.

Thru and within establishing these new connections, we’re striving to develop and curate custom Art Exhibitions that might bring more attention and opportunity to those who truly have something worthwhile to offer. Going beyond building new relationships our priorities are also in curating interesting and intimate art exhibitions with exclusive themes and concepts, artist development, philanthropy with purpose and even art investment and collection.

AD - COMPLETING "SOMETHING LIKE..."

WE HAVEN’T GIVEN UP AND WE’RE ALMOST THERE!

Continuing to develop and complete this project, we’re still fully engaged in adding to our portfolio. Our goal is not only proficiency but also expression—the Artistry of Expression. Scheduled for Saturday, December 28, 2024, we want to use this project as a Year End Close Out.

“SOMETHING LIKE…” is a private Photography Project to develop a diverse portfolio of content and professional imagery gained thru camera, composition and post-editing skill proficiency.

Selecting 7 of the most influential and inspirational photographers of the modern eras, we seek to emulate and re-create the style and aesthetic impressions of these masterfully artistic photographers and creators. Our goal—beyond creating a diverse portfolio—is to engage the spirit of photography to create tasks and missions further explore the depths and potentials of the art and industry.

Beginning in August of 2022—yet continuing into 2023 and 2024, we’re looking to book select target subjects, models and locations that will serve to help recreating the aesthetic and mood of select images. As a desired result, this project is also to assist in the development of private publication pieces and greater community involvement moving beyond the confines of already established comfort in already engaged genres.

IF YOU ARE INTERESTED in participating within this project, don’t hesitate to contact us today!

*All contributors, collaborators and participants may be compensated for their involvement and fully recognized for their contributions. This project had been planned and slated to operate for 1 year with a termination in August of 2023 however ofter setbacks, we’re still continuing to push it forward. Private Publication is to be engaged and executed immediately after.

**Because of the significant nature of this project, initial compensation negotiations start at $60/hr for select vetted LIAM IAN™ subjects and models.

Images developed will also be published and seen within the annual year-end LIAM IAN SIGNATURE LOOK BOOK. Images will also require Consent to Publish Agreement as these images can and may be used across media platforms for branding and marketing purposes.

PHOTO SHOOT DETAILS

Date: Saturday, December 28, 2024 / Location: The Grand of North Bethesda - Community Pub Room / Time: 11 am - 5 pm

In the style of Photographer Mark Mann, this photo shoot is to capture close (tight headshot) portraits to be edited in Black and White or High Contrast Punchy settings. The purpose is to not only add to our professional portfolio but to also build substantial relationships thru the shoot process. We want to end the year out by creating this experience with those individuals of significance and distinction. This will serve as our initial attempt to get more active within our local communities. As a final part of our 2024 Business Quarter, this is how we plan to do business in the future; by acting within our own communities.

Images will be available and featured here on Liam-Ian.com as an Image Slide Show and will be posted on select social media platforms. All subjects and participants will be provided their complete library for their own personal use with shared copyrights with LIAM IAN™.

Hello aspiring and amateur models!
We are a professional Arts Services and Product development business operation enacting professional photography projects for multiple uses including private IP and publication. We're gearing up for an exciting Summer 2024 with a few photography projects in development and are currently seeking male and female models for a variety of shoots, including street, studio, events, and on-location sessions. We're creating a list first of 1st Contacts as we further plan. Photography adheres to the theme of Positive, Encouraging and Inspiring Imagery for Communities of Color, Ethnicity and Culture within the local and surrounding DC Areas.

Requirements:
* Must be over 21 years old
* Little to no previous modeling experience is preferred

Compensation:
* Compensation is negotiable based on measurable model aspects
* Hourly rates ranging from $25 to $50

What We Offer:
* Professional and collaborative atmosphere
* Diverse range of shoots, including street, studio, events, and on-location
* Opportunity for growth and development in the modeling industry
* Model/Talent Relationship Management (executed by a designated manager who is NOT the photographer).

As we use a number of methods and processes to protect our clients, we further use methods and processes to protect those who work with and collaborate with us as well as ourselves. For modeling projects, we require the completion of our Modeling Contract, Mutual NDA and Shoot Pre and Post Assessments. Model relationships and mutual activities are managed by a separate agent than that of the photographer unless notified otherwise ahead of time. Photo shoots are proposed to be managed by more than the photographer or one representative unless notified otherwise ahead of time. Compensation is tracked and recorded for verification purposes and later reference.
