WE HAVEN’T GIVEN UP AND WE’RE ALMOST THERE!

Continuing to develop and complete this project, we’re still fully engaged in adding to our portfolio. Our goal is not only proficiency but also expression—the Artistry of Expression. Scheduled for Saturday, December 28, 2024, we want to use this project as a Year End Close Out.

“SOMETHING LIKE…” is a private Photography Project to develop a diverse portfolio of content and professional imagery gained thru camera, composition and post-editing skill proficiency.

Selecting 7 of the most influential and inspirational photographers of the modern eras, we seek to emulate and re-create the style and aesthetic impressions of these masterfully artistic photographers and creators. Our goal—beyond creating a diverse portfolio—is to engage the spirit of photography to create tasks and missions further explore the depths and potentials of the art and industry.

Beginning in August of 2022—yet continuing into 2023 and 2024, we’re looking to book select target subjects, models and locations that will serve to help recreating the aesthetic and mood of select images. As a desired result, this project is also to assist in the development of private publication pieces and greater community involvement moving beyond the confines of already established comfort in already engaged genres.

*All contributors, collaborators and participants may be compensated for their involvement and fully recognized for their contributions. This project had been planned and slated to operate for 1 year with a termination in August of 2023 however ofter setbacks, we’re still continuing to push it forward. Private Publication is to be engaged and executed immediately after.

**Because of the significant nature of this project, initial compensation negotiations start at $60/hr for select vetted LIAM IAN™ subjects and models.

Images developed will also be published and seen within the annual year-end LIAM IAN SIGNATURE LOOK BOOK. Images will also require Consent to Publish Agreement as these images can and may be used across media platforms for branding and marketing purposes.

PHOTO SHOOT DETAILS

Date: Saturday, December 28, 2024 / Location: The Grand of North Bethesda - Community Pub Room / Time: 11 am - 5 pm

In the style of Photographer Mark Mann, this photo shoot is to capture close (tight headshot) portraits to be edited in Black and White or High Contrast Punchy settings. The purpose is to not only add to our professional portfolio but to also build substantial relationships thru the shoot process. We want to end the year out by creating this experience with those individuals of significance and distinction. This will serve as our initial attempt to get more active within our local communities. As a final part of our 2024 Business Quarter, this is how we plan to do business in the future; by acting within our own communities.

Images will be available and featured here on Liam-Ian.com as an Image Slide Show and will be posted on select social media platforms. All subjects and participants will be provided their complete library for their own personal use with shared copyrights with LIAM IAN™.
