As we value our clients, we additionally value client privacy, IP and other confidential agreements established for service implementation and completion. It is our opinion that the current direction Adobe has taken in making available their software, tools and services is in direct conflict and violation with those contracts and agreements we have with our clients. It is not our desire to complicate our relationships via IP issues with a third party service provider. We will keep you and our clients updated as the situation further develops and evolves.
