The above projects are to assist in the development of the official LIAM IAN Creative Portfolio and contribute to the End of Year LIAM IAN 2022 REVIEW LOOK BOOK. While these projects are at the creative control and discretion of Liam Ian Black (William B. Philpot), these projects are to contribute to the development of custom IP and therefore market of sellable LIAM IAN Products.

We offer full compensation for all projects involving models and other aesthetic subjects. These projects are also made available to assist our subjects and associated clients in associated portfolio and project development as well. We encourage and welcome artistic collaborations, involvement and partnerships.

IDENTIFYING THE GOALS...

THE NEXT STEP IS ALWAYS IN PLANNING OUT THE WHAT’S AND THE HOW’S.

We know the core ideas behind what we’re doing…but the next step is in identifying, developing and enacting that strategies of How.

In 2022, it can’t just be Art, Design and Photography…as usual—that was 2021. We’re moving into a space where we HAVE to focus on the business. It’s about Scaling and Growing…the Business.

We’re looking to further develop our client lists. We’re looking to find the resources that others may not as well as continue to develop products and services that not only make sense but are valuable to adding worth for a client’s project into the future.

COLLABS & PARTNERSHIPS

In building out a community, we’re looking to develop project collaborations and partnerships to develop custom IP, Products and Services to be offered to a dedicated and targeted clientele.

In order to grow within the already fast-paced constantly innovating environment that is TODAY, we’ve got to think and strategize for more than just…us.

Model Needed for Portfolio Development

Slim Caucasian Model needed for Professional Portfolio Development - Outdoor Photo shoot (Street Photography)
Compensation: $30 - $50 / hr - Payment rate is dependent on the quality of the Model. This is measured by makeup, cleanliness, style, hairstyle, teeth, attitude, modeling aptitude, and travel circumstances.
Age: 21+ with Legal Unexpired ID.
Physical: 5' - 6'; 120 - 160 lbs. Even Skin--unnoticeable blemishes are okay. Freckles are a PLUS!
Shoot Style: Outdoor with BRIGHT Colors. [Model Style Preference: Please dress in a New or Modern Urban Outfit worthy of a Commercial Shoot.]
Time: 1 pm - 3 or 4 pm
Duration: 2 - 3 hours
Date: September 11, 2021
Attendees: 1 Chaperone...only. *Chaperone IS strongly--STRONGLY--recommended.
NDA & IRF must be signed! Shoot Checklist Provided ahead of shoot.

IF YOU ARE A REAL ESTATE AGENT LOOKING FOR FREE PROFESSIONAL SHOTS FOR A PROJECT PROPERTY, here's an opportunity for you to SAVE SOME MONEY!

Photography and associated photography services. With that said, we're offering Real Estate Photography Services for specialized prices as to gain enough content to contribute to this portfolio. Potential for TfP Contract instead of monetary compensation.

Locations local to Bethesda, North Bethesda, Kensington, and Rockville are preferred. Interior, Exterior, Development and Re-conditioning projects. Landscape and Technical Shots. Furnished and/or Unfurnished.

*We REQUIRE that all shoots be allowed 1 shoot assistant to be in attendance. Additionally, for Safety and Security--Owner or Qualified and Publicly Recognized Real Estate Agent including 1 Chaperone or Assistant be the only on-site individuals during shoot. LOOKING TO SHOOT A PORSCHE!
We're developing a dedicated Automotive Portfolio and Blog for our brand and we're looking to start it off with a Porsche!

We're offering up to $100 for 2 hours with a late model Porsche for an Automotive Photo shoot. This shoot is a Daytime session to be executed in an open and moderately populated area (for Safety and Security). No key required! No running engine required! No license plate required (during shoot)! Any late model (2020-21) in NEW to pristine condition internally and externally. Shoot is a detailed to technical session with a specific list of items to capture including body, engine, tire, braking, lighting, tire and other aspects for commercial publication and/or professional development assessment submission.

SPECS
- Color: Black, Grey or Matte Black
- Type/Trim: Sport
- Preferred Location: Rockville, North Bethesda, Bethesda, Chevy Chase

This shoot is specific to the development of web blog project and portfolio development (associated with skills development and proficiency). Images may serve as the primary content and supplemental media for the project acting as the representational imagery for the blog as a whole for a specific amount of time.
