We’ve seen a lot! I’ve seen a lot. I’ve seen a lot in this life and I still have a ways to go. At the age of 43, I’ve gotten a lot of experience in dealing with my people in the Hood, in the Middle Class and even some that live some pretty “Elite” and high-end lifestyles. Ranging from Southeast DC to Tysons Corner, Virginia to PG County, MD to Potomac, MD, I’ve had the unique opportunity to engage and assist folks who have had the common trait of entrepreneurial ambition within them. As I look back on all of those situations and circumstances, the other commonality was that they saw value in me. It wasn’t a hard task for me to focus and accelerate ideas and plans on my creative pursuits but moving back into the position of a Coach and Consultant is now where my eyes reside.

As an Artist, I know what it’s like to encounter and endure obstacles. I know that there are a number of obstacles that can often keep us from moving forward and that hinderance can last for some time. I’ve come to the understanding that Art is dependent on another form of Art; Motivation. The Art of Motivation is such because one must learn methods and ways to be effective within the project and process getting up and getting things done. Sometimes it’s not even about getting things done but more so in being energized and encouraged. Encouraged and energized to DO. To just do.

With the perceptives, paradigms, thoughts, ideas and concepts of Coaching and Consulting with others, I’ve begun to integrate them within what I create because of how I create. Leaving out or aside the confines of religion, my Spirituality as African American Man is key and fundamental to all that I create. Purpose. Meaning. Vision. Mission. Integrity. Value and Worth. These are the priorities and most concerning factors to what and why I create. My art—our art—is often done with a dedication to People of Color, Ethnicity and Culture in America than abroad. The motivation here is purely to DO because once this existence is over it’s all done.

THE MESSAGE

Whether it be my Art, Design work, Photography, Coaching, Appreciation or Support of others, my message of motivation is quite plain and simple; Just do! Do because no one else will do—nor can do—as you do. Your engagement of the world is essential because it is the necessary outcome of your existence and presence. You are worth it! You are worth it all—it ALL! You are worth it…even if you are the only one who feels it. It starts with you!

THE MOTIVATION BOOK

The Motivation Book is a Custom IP Project to Appreciate, Encourage and Inspire Black and Brown People, African Americans and People of Color, Ethnicity and Culture. This book is to contain positive messaging and imagery that will go the way of doing what needs to be done in abundance for these groups today and into the future. Proposed to be completed in Spring of 2024, this book will further convey our thoughts and Ideas on Black & African American Progression, Development and Success. Stay tuned!
