CONNECTING MORE! WEEK 42 AND THE BUSINESS QUARTER: DOING BUSINESS THRU COMMERCIAL SERVICES.
THE BUSINESS QUARTER HAS STARTED MARKING THE FOURTH AND FINAL QUARTER OF THE YEAR!
We’re now applying more focus on Business and Business Services. Refining what we do and how we do it to better meet revenue expectations, we’re now positioning to take advantage of the Holiday Seasons by updating our Retail Platforms while still further helping our clients to do the same. Project, Product and Asset Development, were helping to shape new communication modes and models to capture more eyes and communicate better messages. As Visual Communication is always the demand, what’s also essential is in gaining traction to increase productivity in sales for even our clients to excel and succeed.
BEYOND IP FOR THE COMING AUTUMN AND HOLIDAY SEASONS!
The final week of THE PHOTOGRAPHY QUARTER wasn’t bad but now we’re moving and marching on. It might seem like things have started to wind down but truly it’s quite the contrary. As October is the FIRST month of The Business Quarter, we’re completing old and standing projects in favor of new projects for IP cultivation (LIAM IAN DESIGN). We’re still providing services but we’re now refining our focus on preparing for greater opportunities and greater sales within and for this holiday season.
STAYING ORGANIZED
The key to doing business for us is in staying organized. One must know what’s coming in order to plan accordingly.

WEEK 42 (2024) - All into the Autumn and Fall season, we’re engaging Business Services and Business Activities as well as developing new Creative Projects and Ideas to add to our portfolio of works and products.
This Week’s Project Activities:
THE PHOTOGRAPHY QUARTER: ASSESSMENT AND CLOSE-OUT. Still active though!
The task is for this week is to maximize upon the content and media while still accepting inbound service requests. The goal is to look back to look forward to gain new product opportunities. We’re positioning for the coming Autumn and Holiday Seasons as also the highest commercial market season.
THE BUSINESS QUARTER: PRODUCT & PRODUCT SALES REVIEW
The general idea for this week is to while still acting within the category of Photography, we’re moving forward with a greater focus on Business Services and Business Operations in the way of Sales and Revenue Generation during the Holiday Season.
INSPIRATIONS: REPLICATION
While we are completing contracted and commissioned works thru our Subscription Services for Commercial Uses, we’re still working to develop our own custom works and IP. This year—as conforming to “The Dichotomy of…” 2024 theme—our custom Design work will be inspired by select African and Asian cultures. This selection is chosen due to the aesthetic importance and cultural heritage values employed. Our works are for product development and/or branding purposes and uses.
SUMMER IS THE PRIME TIME FOR PHOTOGRAPHY!
This Summer holds great promise for us! We are focusing our efforts on utilizing our time and resources effectively to create unforgettable moments and memories, all the while working on product development and service implementation. Through our photography endeavors, we are not only capturing images but also assisting individuals in unlocking their full potential and embracing their true selves.
This season, we are branching out into videography, filmmaking, and storytelling, expanding our creative horizons. Our goal is to produce unique intellectual property that resonates with people of diverse backgrounds, reflecting their experiences and making a meaningful impact. We are dedicated to shaping a better tomorrow by leveraging media production to inform and inspire change. Despite our constraints, we are committed to spearheading projects that hold significance. The time is ripe for us to step up and pave the way for the upcoming generations, offering them a world of new opportunities and potential pathways for their future journeys.
We’re striving to develop our IP as best as possible with products that are thoughtful and meaning to People of Color, Ethnicity and Culture. As we move forward our agenda to develop more, we’re still refining down what we offer and why. We believe in tremendous purpose in what we do because in the end it’s about more than revenue generation. It’s about impacting our clients, customers, audiences and communities.
Additionally, we’re getting ahead of things by engaging our plans for this Summer Season that coincides with our PHOTOGRAPHY Quarter. We’re encouraging our communities of Artists and Entrepreneur to get ahead of planning so they can gain perspective over what they need to do and be prepared for. With planning a constant and ongoing process, we encourage others to get on a regular schedule for what is and should be going on within their endeavors and enterprises.
As seeking more and more opportunities, we’re contributing our efforts to creating content, services and products that help to encourage the healthy democratic systems that are supposed to exist within America. We will be drafting new products in support of The People of America for The Future of America.

We’re moving in the same direction with new vision on who and what we are! 2025 is right around the corner and with that, we’re reposition our identity and brand as to encompass all that we have to offer and all that we do. With operating within Art, Design, Photography, Videography and other Supplemental Media, we’re staking our claim within Creative Services instead of confining ourselves into labels that restrict our audiences and opportunities. Thru all forms mentioned, we’re actively engaged in developing custom and client IP to meet specific market needs and demands.

As we tried before to feature our local communities, we’re striving again…and this time more.
Within so much development and associated community activities happening within the Washington, DC metropolitan area, we want to get back into our communities by featuring as much as possible. Our goal is to bring light and positive attention to those things that make the region worth living in. Starting within the North Bethesda (once White Flint) communities of Montgomery County, Maryland, we’re striving to expand out to Rockville, Bethesda, Kensington, Potomac, Chevy Chase, and Washington, DC. With so much youth and diversity residing here, we believe there’s a richness that just cannot be denied here. We’ll see you soon!
RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT : REPUTATION MANAGEMENT
This week, we’re applying some much needed focus and enhancements to Relationship and Reputation Management matters. How we conduct business is one of crucial importance especially when attempting to work within your local communities. From contractors to clients, models to community leaders, how we operate to maintain relationships is of key importance because our survivability is dependent on them. Because of who, what and why we want to serve, we understand that maintaining successful and progressive relationships runs hand in hand with maintaining our reputation and public image. Our brand being based upon “Intelligence. Ethnicity. Innovation.” as directed to and representative of Communities of Color, Ethnicity and Culture requires successful relationships and community participation to actually work…therefore…we’re working on things.
POLICY UPDATE, REVISION & ENHANCEMENT
As we continue to move forward with our creative activities, we’re applying attention to updating, revising, enhancing and improving our general business policies to improve business operation and performance. Key policy revisions will be published accordingly for transparent utilization and implementation.
📕: RED BOOK CONVERSATIONS & 2025 IDEA CULTIVATION
We’ll be starting the planning process of planning for 2025. The effort is to not get lost in the process of doing Business leaving behind the Creative Process and the cultivation of NEW IDEAS for the coming year. As we look back over our activities, we’re bringing everything we’ve done and accomplished this year to gain vision and ideas for next year.
