THINGS ARE COMING TO AN END FOR 2024. CHANGE IS HERE AND SO ARE OUR PLANS TO MOVE FORWARD IN 2025.
As we’re coming to a close for the 2024 Business Quarter and 2024 all together, we’re looking back to look ahead. We’re striving to appreciate the projects we’ve previously had to help further develop the ones we need and desire for tomorrow. Our efforts are not lost on ideas that stagnant within the human but have and continue to stay true to impacting others for tomorrow. We see opportunity out of obstacle in 2025. We see the ability and availability to impact our local communities for change—healthy change—and innovation thru content, media, product development and associated service implemention.
A STRIVE TO TRIM DOWN TO SCALE UP!
Three years in, we’ve seen a healthy process of business fitness where we’ve grown and contracted only to grow and contract again. Where we expanded our brand in platforms and avenues that would improve our general visibility and market presence, we’ve to understand and acknowledge those moments that justify operational reduction, slimming, streamlining and tightening. As we focus on continuing to create and contribute to the local communities of artistry and creativity, we strive to maintain that healthy balance with also being a business with goals and tasks to accomplish—with measurements and milestones to meet. 2025 will see a reduction of all the places and spaces we’ve tried to operate to consolidate our efforts, intention and attention into targets and avenues that matter and should matter most.
📋 STAYING ORGANIZED
We’re committed to the belief that the key to doing business for us is in staying highly disciplined and organized. We continue to forecast and plan because we must know what’s coming in order to act and execute accordingly. Planning accordingly with the vision and intention to execute is in our ability to shine and shine the most.
With planning for 2025, we’re keeping some projects while dissolving and phasing out others. Our project list is and has always been subject to change and so those revisions will be published as needed.

2025 QUARTER 1: THE ARTS QUARTER / Month 01 (January) / Week 01: A REINTRODUCTION OF ART AND WHO WE ARE WITHIN IT.
WEEK 01 (2025) - Just as the seasons, we’re coming back around to a time delve into the aspects of Art and Art within the communities and cultures we hail from and serve.
This Week’s Project Activities: WEEK 52 (2024)
THE FINAL WEEK OF THE 2024 BUSINESS QUARTER:
The task is for this week is to Review, Revise and Replan our business and the associated operational structure that is who we are and what we are all about. We must analyze, discuss and determine our strengths and weaknesses and replan to restructure accordingly. Everything from our Yearly Theme to the Weekly Agendas, the goal is to become more effective and efficient as a business while we also actively explore and develop new creative projects.
INSPIRATIONS: REPLICATION. AUTHENTICITY. INTEGRITY.
After having completed contract and commission works thru our Subscription Services for Commercial Uses, we’re still committed to developing our own custom works and IP. Our works continue to be for product development and/or branding purposes and uses while still serving our communities.
CREATIVITY IN THE MIDST OF A NEW ADMINISTRATION.
Overall, we see opportunity within obstacle. We see empowerment within repression, suppression and oppression. As the coming US administration has made it clear it plans to enact practices, politics and policies that might go to subvert and even revert the major milestones made for Black and Brown People and People of Color, Ethnicity and Culture we believe then it is our place like so many others to stand as an operation to serve those communities with Vision and Mission. We believe in moving with boldness and audacity because it’s only in doing bold things that messages and missions get achieved.
This new year and winter season, we’re refining what we do to better approach branching out into videography, filmmaking, and storytelling, expanding our creative horizons. Our continued goal is to produce unique intellectual property that resonates with people of diverse backgrounds, reflecting their experiences and making a meaningful impact. We are dedicated to shaping a better tomorrow by leveraging media production to inform and inspire change. Despite our constraints, we are committed to spearheading projects that hold significance. The time is ripe for us to step up and pave the way for the upcoming generations, offering them a world of new opportunities and potential pathways for their future journeys.

We’re moving in the same direction with new vision on who and what we are! 2025 is right around the corner and with that, we’re reposition our identity and brand as to encompass all that we have to offer and all that we do. With operating within Art, Design, Photography, Videography and other Supplemental Media, we’re staking our claim within Creative Services instead of confining ourselves into labels that restrict our audiences and opportunities. Thru all forms mentioned, we’re actively engaged in developing custom and client IP to meet specific market needs and demands.
DEDICATED SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT CREATION SERVICES
To better serve our local communities, we’re also—for this holiday season—providing Social Media Services for the North Bethesda Communities. Content Creators—like individuals in any other industry—need to be supported and provided resources that truly cater to them as the commercial entities they are and have the capacity to be. This platform is currently under development. More information to come!
EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY
Re-establishing the Event Photography Page and Portfolio with Services to be advertised for this Holiday Season. After years of trying to get away from Event Photography, we’re apparently in demand so here we are—BACK AT IT AGAIN!
📍 THE BETTER BEST BETHESDA is becoming THE BETTER BEST NORTH BETHESDA!
Keeping this project going in 2025, we’re continuing to strive. We want to be about our local communities therefore we’re still committed to engaging those communities.
Within so much development and associated community activities happening within the Washington, DC metropolitan area, we want to get back into our communities by featuring as much as possible. Our goal is to bring light and positive attention to those things that make the region worth living in. Starting within the North Bethesda (once White Flint) communities of Montgomery County, Maryland, we’re striving to expand out to Rockville, Bethesda, Kensington, Potomac, Chevy Chase, and Washington, DC. With so much youth and diversity residing here, we believe there’s a richness that just cannot be denied here. We’ll see you soon!
RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT : REPUTATION MANAGEMENT
We’re currently applying focus and enhancements to Relationship and Reputation Management matters. How we conduct business is one of crucial importance especially when attempting to work within your local communities. From contractors to clients, models to community leaders, how we operate to maintain relationships is of key importance because our survivability is dependent on them. Because of who, what and why we want to serve, we understand that maintaining successful and progressive relationships runs hand in hand with maintaining our reputation and public image. Our brand being based upon “Intelligence. Ethnicity. Innovation.” as directed to and representative of Communities of Color, Ethnicity and Culture requires successful relationships and community participation to actually work…therefore…we’re working on things.
POLICY UPDATE, REVISION & ENHANCEMENT
As we continue to move forward with our creative activities, we’re applying attention to updating, revising, enhancing and improving our general business policies to improve business operation and performance. Key policy revisions will be published accordingly for transparent utilization and implementation.
2025 BUSINESS MODEL & IDENTITY REDEFINITION
As we continue to survive the storms of stagnant revenues and struggling activity, we’re continuing to develop and adapt to the changes within our communities and markets. With that we’ll be making a slight rebrand to our business model reflecting the full capacity of what we do and who we are. Considerations are in the following;

2025 STRATEGIC PRE-PLANNING
We now starting to look at and review 2024 as to get a good idea of what the operational structure for 2025 will be. Planning is big part of what we do which just adds more to who we are. Quarterly to Monthly to Weekly planning is essential therefore we’ve got to start early so that as the new year approaches, we already have an idea of what we’re supposed to be doing and resources need to be available to get it all done.
📕: RED BOOK CONVERSATIONS & 2025 IDEA CULTIVATION
We’ll be starting the planning process of planning for 2025. The effort is to not get lost in the process of doing Business leaving behind the Creative Process and the cultivation of NEW IDEAS for the coming year. As we look back over our activities, we’re bringing everything we’ve done and accomplished this year to gain vision and ideas for next year.

Podcast Development: A dedicated platform running parallel with the established social media platforms to further reveal, discuss and discover the depths of Art, Design, Photography, Videography, Content and Media.
Education & Training: The cultivation of educational materials and in-person and online training experiences and exercises within Art, Design, Photography, Videography, Content and Media.
Events & Social Activities: The planning and development of dedicated local events and social activities dedicated to Art, Design, Photography, Videography, Content and Media.
Tech & Resource Reviews: A dedicated platform to reviewing technologies, asset, resources and supplies associated with Art, Design, Photography, Videography, Content and Media.
