CREATIVITY. ARTISTRY. PHOTOGRAPHY. DESIGN. PASSION. BUSINESS.

Early on, I realized the power of visual art. I spent years drawing and sketching detailed images. I preferred pen for the clean sharpness and unforgiving permanence. I developed logos and tattoo images. I distilled people's wants and dreams into images with impact. I picked up the camera. I viewed the world through another lens. And captured it forever. I worked on composition, setting and told a story through my work. I always aimed for perfection. My work is everything.

My passion grew. I got into Multimedia Production. The Art Institute of Washington taught me the technological skills to move to the next level. I leveraged my talent to further develop my passion for Photography.

I went solo in my early in my early 20’s. I developed my skills through various jobs, learning about running a business through practice in roles as varied as Administration, Logistics and Planning and Resource Management. I worked in the News business. Writing. Publishing. Deadlines. Controlled Chaos. I never lost focus, though. All the while, I honed the ability to interpret the world around me.

INTELLIGENCE. ETHNICITY. INNOVATION.

With a strong spiritual core (based upon my unique African American Experience), I prioritize communication thru creativity, purpose and meaning. I work, compose, design and create with the thoughts, ideas and concepts of People of Color in mind. I believe in those who use the growth and development of their knowledge base to bolster their levels of Intelligence. I celebrate and appreciate those who use the uniqueness of their cultural, societal and ethnic identities to bring forth new and fresh ideas, concepts, theories, opinions and perspectives into the world. I marvel at those who truly innovate the world; those who have found or created better ways of doing things to make life better.

My next act is as a Mentor, Coach and Advisor. I’ll be working educate artists and entrepreneurs to effectively Brand, Market and Plan Strategically their ventures. I will help them see and manifest great things thru harnessing their hunger and drive, tempering, focusing and directing it all with knowledge, experience and wisdom to achieving measurable tasks and milestones. I want to see you win.

Three years in (est. 2020) and the third business established, owned and operated by William B. Philpot, we’re a dynamic Content and Media development company specializing in business services and solutions for Entrepreneurs and Small Businesses. Based within North Bethesda, our focus is in serving Businesses of Color, Ethnicity and Culture within the DC metropolitan areas. Multifaceted, we not only provide Art, Design and Photography products and services, we also supply a refined suite of backend administrative support services as well. Our goal—our mission—is to contribute to developing content and media that is to be meaningful and impactful to the those targeted communities. We’re serving sophisticated audiences and so we operate to high expectations.
