Terms and Conditions Agreement for LIAM IAN LLC™ - 2023

1. Introduction

Welcome to LIAM IAN LLC™. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Provided

We offer Art, Design, Photography, IP, and Supplemental Creative Business Services development services. All service details are confirmed upon consultation and outlined in individual Service Agreements and Contracts.

3. Payment Terms

All payments must be made as per the agreed terms. For some products and services, deposits are required before the start of any project, with the balance due upon completion or as defined and prescribed by contract establishment. Prices are established, governed and enforced by federal, state and local jurisdictional industry and market standards and measurements. Prices and payments are, however, subject to change and adapt to industry and market changes. Prices and payments can—under the authorization of LIAM IAN LLC™—be subject to negotiation under consultation and review resulting in a reduction or an applicable and reasonable increase based upon verifiable conditions. All prices and payment structures and agreements must formally documented within applicable Service Agreements and Contracts. 4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property created by LIAM IAN LLC™ remains our property unless otherwise agreed. Clients receive usage rights upon full payment or as defined and prescribed by contract establishment.

5. Revisions

In Service Fulfillment Processes, clients are entitled to up to a specific defined round of revisions as defined and prescribed by contract establishment. Any additional revisions are or can be subject to extra fees.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide necessary content and approvals within agreed timeframes to avoid delays. Any failure to provide timely materials or approvals may result in project delays or cancellations.

7. Limitation of Liability

LIAM IAN LLC™ is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services rendered.

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and handle personal information responsibly. Any data collected through our website or services will be kept confidential and used strictly for business purposes.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the contract with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments must be settled, and any work completed up to that point will be delivered.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Maryland with applicable and reasonable notifications.

11. Changes to Terms

LIAM IAN LLC™ reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
