Identified as RGPs (Revenue Generating Projects), our projects are to assist in furthering, enhancing and increasing the brand potential—adding worth potential and value—of LIAM IAN LLC. Anticipated Project Result(s): The anticipated result of this Fall Photography Mini-Sessions Project is Revenue Generation thru local community participation and interaction. Additionally, the increase and expansion of Professional Business Portfolio and Skill Enhancement.

CUSTOM IP & PRODUCTS

F V K MAGAZINE

Project Description: F V K (as F V K Magazine) is a blog and magazine platform to display modern urban styled images as to market and inspire (and notate) the BEST of the changing trends, elements and influences within it.

Social Impact Attempt (Purpose Value): The SIA (PV) of this project is to capitalize on the kinds of content and media that is and has been popular within the target audiences of Color within American society that have driven sales to high and luxury brands that therein intuitively affect the masses on moderate to large scales. This project will create and review content via thoughtful commentary speaking to the specific audiences.

Anticipated Project Result(s): The anticipated result of F V K Magazine is to create and establish a temporary culture platform to appreciate, review and display the local communities of progressive modern style and urban culture of the local Washington, DC areas.

MVTTE BLVCK PISTIONS

Project Description: MBP (MVTTE BLVCK PISTONS [Matte Black Pistons]) is a private automotive photography blog project featuring high-end and performance vehicles of the North Bethesda, Rockville, Potomac, and surrounding Montgomery County, MD areas. This photography project is to develop a platform of Showcase and Review for the unique and customized styles of high-end vehicles on the road, in the shops and private garages of and within this very affluent area of Maryland as a part of the surrounding Washington, DC suburbs.

Social Impact Attempt (Purpose Value): Thru photography and other independently created IP, this project will participate and share the passion of Artistry within Automotive Enginneering, Performance and Culture as cars other forms of transportation reside at the core of societies, communities and even self-identity. Thru the mantra of “Intelligence. Ethnicity. Innovation.”, we’re establishing a new way—a new paradigm—of thinking and considering cars and automobiles within our lives…especially as they and their technologies advance and change further impacting our lives.

Anticipated Project Result(s): The anticipated result(s) of this project is to build a following of Automotive Enthusiasts and those who have a passion for the Art of Automotive Design and Engineering. Secondary is to use content, media and imagery to develop custom LIAM IAN LLC IP and associated products.

F A T H E R

Project Description: “FATHER” is a very specific project dedicated to the thoughts, ideas, concepts and experiences of Liam Ian Black (William B. Philpot IV) as a Black Artist, Entrepreneur, Husband and…Father—most importantly.

Social Impact Attempt (Purpose Value): The SIA (PV) of this project is to strategically develop content, media and products that encourage and invite a new paradigm, perspective and ideology of Parenting as “Black”, African American and Person of Color. The attempt is to address the issues within Values and Principles within Parenting especially for that of Fathers—”Black” and African American Fathers and Fathers of Color, Ethnicity and Culture within America. Research and Development in content, media and products will include the assessment of social issues and normalized dysfunctions that have led to a cultural degradation and devaluing of Parenting and Families within those mentioned communities to further create, cultivate, discover, develop, encourage and invite systems of remedy to strategically strengthen those communities in positive ways.

Anticipated Project Result(s): Increased Targeted Sales pertaining select and targeted Audience. Added to the primary selling platform (LIAM IAN DESIGN), this custom IP selection will be added and strategically marketed to and for clients that are directly associated with the subject-matter.

KENDRA’S PLAY SPACE!

Project Description: KENDRA’S PLAY SPACE is a blog and magazine platform to feature kid friendly content such as custom IP, product and toy reviews and other kid-targeted subject matter local to the Washington, DC area (featuring child model, Kendra Alexys Philpot).

Anticipated Project Result(s): The anticipated result of KENDRA’S PLAY SPACE is to develop an audience and following for kid-specific content that is local to the Washington, DC area including public recognition and awareness of Kendra Alexys Philpot.

Project Description: THE L SERIES is a private apparel and IP project to incorporate the Artistic, Creative and Pop-Culture interests of long-time friend and business associate, Levonte Chavis.

Anticipated Project Result(s): The anticipated result of this project is to develop an innovative trendy apparel line that incorporates pop-culture, modern design and artistic appeal.

THE CRIMSON CAPE COLLECTION

Project Description: The Crimson Cape Collection is a carry-over project originally conceptualized, developed and implemented under the previously operated Burrell Business Research LLC. The effort is to redevelop this project for implementation ending 2021 into 2022.

Anticipated Project Result(s): The anticipated result of this project is to develop a custom YouTube Channel that reviews pop-culture content, associated media and products.

Updated for 2024, The Crimson Cape Collection will serve additionally as a Toy Photography platform featuring select collectibles and other pop-culture items out of box within specialized scenery for unique aesthetic appeal. Custom Photography, Design and Artistic assets will be developed as custom IP of LIAM IAN LLC.
