We are a business operation looking to expand, scale and grow. This can only effectively be done by not only collaborating with others but to also contract out work or have dedicated resources to complete work on our behalf representing the LIAM IAN and LIAM IAN LLC brand.

As of September 24, 2024, we are currently looking for individuals within the following;

ART

We are looking for innovative Artists and Creatives adept within Visual Arts (Drawing, Technical Drawing, Digital Art, Sketch, Paint, Sculpture) that are interested and ambitious in commission work assignments and other associated activities in representation of LIAM IAN LLC within Art Service implementation. A portfolio should be provided.

DESIGN

We are looking for progressive Designers adept within Logo, Branding and Sales & Marketing Communication Design that are interested and ambitious in commission work assignments and other associated activities in representation of LIAM IAN LLC within Design Service implementation. Use of software such as Procreate, Corel, (Adobe) Fresco, Illustrator and Photoshop amongst others is preferred. A portfolio should be provided.

PHOTOGRAPHY

We are looking for progressive and innovative Photographers that are experienced and skilled within multiple Photography genres that are interested and ambitious in commission work assignments and other associated activities in representation of LIAM IAN LLC within Design Service implementation. This individual must be skilled and competent with the technical aspects of DSLR Camera Operation, Studio Photo Shoot Management, Indoor and Outdoor Photo Shoot Management including Scene Setting and Composition, Communication and Direction, and Post-edting Processes just to name a few. A portfolio should be provided.

MODELING

We’re currently seeking male and female models for a variety of shoots, including street, studio, events, and on-location sessions. We're creating a list first of 1st Contacts as we further plan. Our Photography adheres to the theme of Positive, Encouraging and Inspiring Imagery for Communities of Color, Ethnicity and Culture within the local and surrounding DC Areas. The only requirements at this time—to be added to our 1st Contacts list—are [1] to be over 21 years old, [2] local to the Rockville, North Bethesda, and Bethesda areas, [3] Moderately Fit and Healthy, and willing to be captured within a studio, indoor and outdoor creative shoots. (Minimum Compensation: Starting at $55/Hour.)

SALES & MARKETING

We are looking for an individual who can help propel us forward in establishing strategic and organic relationships, enhancement of revenue opportunities and associated methods of branding and marketing to achieve planned goals and milestones. This individual will be responsible for achieving planned metrics that adhere to accomplishing goals and milestones and should therefore be adept in the development and creation of marketing materials and the implementation of branding and marketing procedures including social media management and in-person LIAM IAN LLC representation during associated market, industry, community and audience activities. This person must be articulate and detailed capable of effective soft skills and multiple communication methods including writing, grammar, etiquette, visual communications (Art, Design and Photography).
