Pricing Policy for LIAM IAN LLC™ - 2023

1. General Pricing

At LIAM IAN LLC™, our pricing reflects the quality, creativity, and dedication poured into every project. 2. Deposits and Payments

Unless otherwise defined, to secure our services and book your project, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit upfront. This deposit guarantees that your project is placed in our schedule and allows us to allocate the necessary resources to meet your requirements. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and must be settled before the final delivery of the completed work. For larger, ongoing projects, payment schedules can be arranged, with the client’s approval, to accommodate various milestones throughout the project duration.

3. Pricing Tiers

We offer flexible pricing packages to meet the diverse needs of our clients:

- Basic Package: Ideal for small-scale projects, including single-session photography, simple design work, or preliminary IP development. Pricing starts at $XXX.

4. Additional Fees

Any additional work requested that falls outside of the initial scope of the project will be billed separately. This includes, but is not limited to, extra revisions beyond what was agreed upon, rush jobs with expedited delivery timelines, or requests for additional versions of design or photography edits. These costs will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding with the work to ensure transparency.

5. Rush Orders

We understand that urgent projects may arise. For rush orders, where services are requested with a significantly shortened turnaround time, an additional fee of 25-50% of the project’s base cost may be applied, depending on the project’s complexity and timeline. This fee ensures that we can dedicate the necessary resources to meet your deadlines without compromising quality.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

The initial deposit is non-refundable as it secures your place in our production schedule and covers any preparatory work we begin before the project's completion. If a project is canceled by the client after the deposit is paid but before final delivery, additional charges may apply for work already completed. Refunds for any other payments made after the deposit are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the progress of the project and materials produced.

7. Discounts and Special Offers

We value long-term partnerships and frequently offer discounts to returning clients and those who refer new business to us. Special promotions and seasonal offers may also be available for new projects, with discounts typically ranging from 5-15% depending on the service. Any active promotions will be advertised on our website or shared directly with our client list.

8. Revisions and Modifications

Clients are entitled to up to three rounds of revisions within the agreed pricing package. Should additional revisions be requested beyond these rounds, they will be billed at an hourly rate of $XX/hour or a flat fee, depending on the complexity of the changes.
