BUSINESS POLICIES

As an online / web-based business, our regular business hours are 9am to 5pm Mondays to Fridays and 10am to 4pm on Saturdays and Sundays. However, if you are unable to schedule during that time we can schedule outside these hours. All Products and Services require a consistent cost and pricing structure based upon the amount of resources, time and effort spent to develop, commit, execute and complete the request project to satisfaction.

CATEGORIZATION OF EXPENSES INCURRING FEES

Categories and Associated File Folders need be created to track Photography Expenses (Tax Information):

  • Studio Expenses

  • *Accounting and Attorney Fees (Legal)

  • *Business Management & Operational Support Fees

    • Online Services

    • Contract Labor

  • Business Cards

  • Conferences and Classes

  • *R&D (Research & Development) - Product Development

  • Repair & Maintenance

This categorization structure applies to all operating expenses relative to business conduct including Service Fulfillment and Product Development. This structure assists in and justifies the fee structure for aspects of Service Fulfillment.

As structured, the following categories go directly into cultivating the Cost and Fee structure(s) for Service Request and Fulfillment:

  • Reservation

  • Planning & Project Development

  • Human Capital

  • Hardware & Equipment

  • Travel (& Out-of-Pocket Location Expenses)

  • Supplemental Hardware

  • Post-editing

The above is just a sample of those categories to be considered and included in developing the most adequate and industry standard pricing structure for project and project development.

As a business owned and operated in the state of Maryland, all Services are exempt of Maryland Sales and Use Tax. Any products ordered as a result, byproduct and/or outcome of Services rendered will be applied the standard Maryland 6% Sales and Use Tax. All fees are to be conveyed thru a dedicated proprietary branded Invoice system (including but not limited to hardcopy, email and SMS).
