Dispute Resolution Mechanism

Negotiation: In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to any agreement between LIAM IAN LLC ("Provider") and the client ("Client"), the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through good-faith negotiations between senior executives of both parties.
Mediation: If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within [Specify Negotiation Period, e.g., 30 days] after written notice of the dispute is provided by either party, the parties agree to submit the dispute to non-binding mediation conducted by a mutually agreed-upon mediator. The costs of mediation shall be shared equally between the parties.
