Mutual Compliance with Laws and Regulations

General Compliance: LIAM IAN LLC ("Provider") and the client ("Client") mutually agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in connection with the services provided under any agreement between the parties.
Responsibility of Provider: Provider agrees to conduct its business and perform its obligations under any agreement with Client in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including but not limited to those related to the provision of art, design, photography, and business support services.
Responsibility of Client: Client agrees to provide any necessary information, cooperation, and assistance to Provider to enable Provider to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations in connection with the services provided to Client.
Data Protection and Privacy: Provider and Client agree to comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws and regulations, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), in relation to any personal data processed or handled in connection with the services provided under any agreement between the parties.
Intellectual Property Rights: Provider and Client agree to respect and protect the intellectual property rights of others, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, and to not engage in any activities that infringe upon such rights.
Confidentiality: Provider and Client agree to maintain the confidentiality of each other's proprietary information and to not disclose such information to any third party without the prior written consent of the disclosing party, except as required by law.
Reporting Obligations: Provider and Client agree to promptly report any violations of laws or regulations that come to their attention in connection with the services provided under any agreement between the parties, and to cooperate fully with any investigations or inquiries conducted by regulatory authorities.
Continuous Monitoring: Provider and Client agree to regularly monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and to update their practices and procedures as necessary to ensure ongoing compliance.
