Data Protection and Privacy: Provider agrees to comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws and regulations, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), in relation to any personal data processed or handled on behalf of Client.
Intellectual Property Rights: Provider agrees to respect and protect the intellectual property rights of others, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, and to not engage in any activities that infringe upon such rights.
Confidentiality: Provider agrees to maintain the confidentiality of Client's proprietary information and to not disclose such information to any third party without the prior written consent of Client, except as required by law.
Health and Safety: Provider agrees to take all necessary measures to ensure the health and safety of its employees, contractors, and agents, as well as any individuals affected by its operations, in accordance with applicable health and safety laws and regulations.
Environmental Compliance: Provider agrees to comply with all applicable environmental laws and regulations, including but not limited to those related to waste management, pollution control, and conservation of natural resources.
Reporting Obligations: Provider agrees to promptly report any violations of laws or regulations that come to its attention in the course of providing services to Client, and to cooperate fully with any investigations or inquiries conducted by regulatory authorities.
Continuous Monitoring: Provider agrees to regularly monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and to update its practices and procedures as necessary to ensure ongoing compliance.
