*Notice: Upon the addition of the disclaimers added to business conduct, expectations and operations, this list of policies do not override the pricing structure(s) of services and products advertised or as advertised. Package prices are what they are. The policies set forth regarding any pricing set the general reference and starting point for any further pricing.

BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS

As with the GENERAL BUSINESS POLICIES listed, this Disclaimer section is to further detail and expand upon those aspects of business conduct, performance and operation. While in business providing a number of different Products and Services, it is important to detail what LIAM IAN LLC can and cannot—will and will not—be held liable for.

COPYRIGHT

Copyright for all images is the sole property of LIAM IAN LLC and protected by Federal Copyright Law. It is ILLEGAL to copy, scan, print or reproduce these images in any way without written permission from the photographer, William B. Philpot IV / Liam Ian (). This includes scanning or downloading images for the purposes of emailing or printing them at home. Doing so may result in fines up to $150 000.

No identifying names will be given in connection with usage of any image. We understand that sometimes there are circumstances where you may wish for your images not to be used for any of these purposes. Please notify the photographer if this is the case.

No fees, royalties, or payment of any kind will be owed in connection with any usage made of any image captured or created by LIAM IAN LLC unless specifically negotiated and agreed upon via Service Contract Agreement.

USAGE RIGHTS

The photographer has the exclusive right to make reproductions of the images as to meet any project and business operational needs (including but not limited to the creation of associated branded products, educational and/or promotional materials, and/or use in social media). The photographer shall only make reproductions for the client or for use in the photographer’s portfolio, advertising, samples, website and display within or outside their studio. The photographer also has the right to enter these images into photographic competitions, art exhibitions or publications.

We encourage and advise that all Clients begin dialogue pertaining the usage of images; that of the Photographer’s use and that of the Client and any other party associated and unassociated.

ONLINE GALLERY

Approximately 7 days after your session your proofs will become available for you to view in an online, personal, password protected gallery. You will be able to pass on the gallery information to family and friends, so they may place their own orders. Please remember that it is a violation of Federal Copyright Law to copy, save or print the images within the gallery.

Standardly, the online gallery should be available for 14 days however this could be extended due to operational reasons. Once the 14 day limit has been reached, it is at the dIscretion of LIAM IAN LLC to when the gallery will be removed. LIAM IAN LLC is under no obligation to notify the client of when the gallery is being removed.

Orders placed within 48 hours of gallery posting will receive a 10% discount on print and product prices. There will be a $30 reloading fee if you wish to have your gallery available for an additional 14 days once taken down.

We are not and will not be held liable for images or image libraries that have been removed from the Online Gallery. While LIAM IAN LLC will hold images and image libraries for a 1 year (365 day) term, after a year, there should be no expectation from the relative Client to be able to get reprints or access that library or even that the images or image library to be accessible by LIAM IAN LLC.

SCHEDULING

ALL Photography and Videography work are only to be scheduled and committed on Saturdays and Sundays. There is no availability of performing these services during weekdays (Monday thru Friday) due to possible difficulties of resource attainment, traffic and other factors that might stress, exacerbate and/or add to those obstacles that might make service execution and completion more difficult.
